Brookwood Venue is the PERFECT place for a wedding!! Our daughter, Mallory Sanderson, chose this wonderful venue after the very first visit soon after she and Mason Sparks got engaged on May 10, 2024. They did not see the need to look at a second venue. Forrest Raines is awesome and the most pleasant person. As the mother of the bride, things can get a little overwhelming but Forrest handled everything like a champ! I never doubted her work or commitment to the most important day of Mallory Sanderson & Mason Sparks’ life! I actually only made contact with Forrest a week before the wedding. She communicated with Mallory if she had a question and never once caused either of us to wonder if things were getting done. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I highly recommend Brookwood Venue! There is a cabin in this property that is so awesome that my husband and I plan to rent soon for a nice getaway. Why travel miles away or to another state when we have everything available just minutes away in Bruce, MS! I highly recommend renting the cabin an extra night for the newlyweds the night after the wedding. We did not think of this until afterwards. Forrest, we thank you and your staff for accommodating our every need with professionalism and dedication ensuring our daughter’s wedding day was the absolute best!! 10/10 recommend the Cabin at Brookwood! My family had the BEST time! Everything in the cabin is so well-done, and the outdoor setting cannot be beat! We were all sad to leave, and we cannot wait to go back! The owner is so very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need! The beds are all super comfortable! We were very pleased!

The owner is such a seasoned wedding professional. Every ounce of effort put into the Brookwood was so intentional. The lay out could not be more functional and offers a timeless and beautiful, elegance with every season. You will work with Forrest (loveee her) she is such a patient and kind soul. The Brookwood will absolutely make your Pinterest dream board come to life! The team will make your wedding planning a breeze! We could not have been happier with our experience!

As a wedding photographer, this place has everything! Gorgeous outdoor chapel with great views of the lake, perfect cabin for “getting ready” or a place to sleep after the wedding, and amazing garden area for receptions. Great venue and one of my favorites to shoot at!

I got married at the Brookwood Chapel in November of 2022! My husband and I were one of the first few weddings ever held at the chapel. We had the most picture perfect wedding. One of those where you do not need a whole lot of decorations because the venue itself is just THAT breathtaking. The venue owners were so much help and such a dream to work with. They will do whatever they can to help your dream wedding come true. I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else!! Trust me when I say, this venue will make all of your childhood wedding day dreams come true!

I highly recommend Brookwood venue if you’re looking for a beautiful place to have your wedding! The landscape is beautiful and what’s even better is the Staff! They will make sure that your wedding day is exactly the way that you envisioned it. I was hired to DJ a wedding this past weekend and this was one of the best experiences that I have had. My husband and I made the best decision choosing to get married at Brookwood Venue! The chapel is absolutely gorgeous and so unique!! The entire Brookwood grounds were perfectly landscaped and manicured, and the owners really paid attention to all the details! We also used the cabin on sight for getting ready and it was incredibly nice and so clean! The owners were very friendly and a please to work with! I 100% recommend Brookwood venue to any bride planning their perfect day!

My family had a wonderful time at this cabin and would highly recommend it! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of unexpected luxuries we weren’t anticipating. We made the long drive from the Houston/Galveston area, and it was absolutely worth every mile.
We enjoyed the canoe and fishing poles, we caught plenty of fish and the kids had a blast! The cabin is secluded and private, but with neighboring homes nearby, you never feel isolated, it’s the perfect balance. Time flew by so fast that we wished we’d booked five nights instead of four! The whole family agreed it was the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had.
If you’re considering it and worried about the distance, don’t be. It’s an experience make the trip!

This was the perfect home away from home! We came for a game day weekend, but I wish we would have had more time to spend at the house. When we pulled in, we were greeted by about 6 turkeys, and the entire place was absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend. Forrest was also EXTREMELY responsive and helpful.
